SupervisoryBoardadoptedaresolutionontheconsolidationof
logisticsserviceswithinthePoštaSlovenijeGroup,andgaveits
consenttotheabsorptionofFeniksšpedd.o.o.byPSLogistika
d. o. o.
On18February2019,PoštaSlovenijesignedanagreementwith
bothrepresentativetradeunionsregardingtheresolutionof
openquestionsofhowtoimproveworkingconditionsandthe
materialpositionofemployees.Thatagreementwillresultinhigher
operatingexpenses,inparticularlabourcostsatPoštaSlovenijeand
thesubsidiaryIPPSin2019and2020.Wehaveassessedthatcosts
willbehigherbyaroundEUR17millionovertwoyears.
