whilesensitivitytoencroachmentsonprivacyandsecurityisontherise;
• e-commerce:thisareagenerateshighgrowthintransportpackagingandthuswaste;
• automationandrobotisation:needfornewstandards,legalframeworksandsocialpolicy;
•
managementofrelationswithemployees,withtheaimofensuringcustomersatisfaction,thesuccessof
operations,andhigh-qualityworkingconditionsandwayoflifeforemployees;
• climatechange:theresponsetogreenhousegasemissionsandthedeterioratingqualityoftheatmosphereare
increaseddemandsforsustainablemobilityandlogistics,ecientenergyconsumptionandrenewableenergy
sources,andthecirculareconomy;
• easingofsocialcohesion:thedeepeningofdevelopmentgapsbetweenthemore-developedLjubljanaregion
andwesternandeasternSloveniacontinues;

demographicchanges:lifeexpectancyislengthening,whichmeansthatthesegmentofthepopulationthat
requiresadditionalassistancetoliveindependentlyaslongaspossibleisgrowing;and

regionalchangesandcontinuingurbanisation:thetrendofurbanisationcontinuesandcertainregionsofSlovenia
arefacedwithadecliningpopulation.
3.3Dialoguebetweenstakeholders
ThePoštaSlovenijeGroupisstrivingtobecomeasustainableorganisationbyunderstandingtheeconomic,social
andenvironmentalexpectationsofourstrategicstakeholders.ThestructureoftheGroup’skeystakeholdersis
illustratedinthefollowinggure.

variouscommunicationchannelsandtools,throughwhichweaimtoidentifytheirmostimportantinterestsand
