whilesensitivitytoencroachmentsonprivacyandsecurityisontherise;
e-commerce:thisareagenerateshighgrowthintransportpackagingandthuswaste;
automationandrobotisation:needfornewstandards,legalframeworksandsocialpolicy;
managementofrelationswithemployees,withtheaimofensuringcustomersatisfaction,thesuccessof
operations,andhigh-qualityworkingconditionsandwayoflifeforemployees;
climatechange:theresponsetogreenhousegasemissionsandthedeterioratingqualityoftheatmosphereare
increaseddemandsforsustainablemobilityandlogistics,ecientenergyconsumptionandrenewableenergy
sources,andthecirculareconomy;
easingofsocialcohesion:thedeepeningofdevelopmentgapsbetweenthemore-developedLjubljanaregion
andwesternandeasternSloveniacontinues;
demographicchanges:lifeexpectancyislengthening,whichmeansthatthesegmentofthepopulationthat
requiresadditionalassistancetoliveindependentlyaslongaspossibleisgrowing;and
regionalchangesandcontinuingurbanisation:thetrendofurbanisationcontinuesandcertainregionsofSlovenia
arefacedwithadecliningpopulation.
3.3Dialoguebetweenstakeholders
ThePoštaSlovenijeGroupisstrivingtobecomeasustainableorganisationbyunderstandingtheeconomic,social
andenvironmentalexpectationsofourstrategicstakeholders.ThestructureoftheGroupskeystakeholdersis
illustratedinthefollowinggure.

variouscommunicationchannelsandtools,throughwhichweaimtoidentifytheirmostimportantinterestsand
expectations,andmaintaintwo-waycommunicationthatisasopenaspossible.
